THE FOUNDERS
Iwona Wilson
Co-founder and principal facilitator
17+ years in oil, gas and mining projects with M.W. Kellogg, Foster Wheeler, and over 10 years at Woodside providing project governance and facilitation. Creator of the PATH opportunity framing method and the Opportunity Framing Practitioner program.
Austin Wilson
Co-founder
30+ years across oil, gas and nuclear projects with KBR, Chevron, Woodside, Cheniere and NFE, in every project phase, with deep expertise in process engineering, process safety, project management and governance.
Both have worked on projects in the UK, Australia and the USA. Wilson.biz was founded in 2021 and is based in Houston, Texas.
