Iwona Wilson
Iwona Wilson brings over 17 years of international experience across oil & gas, mining, and large-scale capital projects in the UK, Australia, and the United States.
She has worked with leading operators and contractors including Woodside Energy, MW Kellogg, and Foster Wheeler, supporting organizations with project governance, training, and facilitation. Her work spans quality management, opportunity framing workshops, strategic planning sessions, alignment workshops, summits and the design of practical governance processes that set projects up for success before execution begins.
Iwona holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Poland and is a Certified International Facilitator, former President of PMI Coastal Bend, and the Founder of Sunshine Summit events.

Austin Wilson
Austin has over 30 years of experience delivering complex, capital-intensive projects across oil & gas and nuclear - from early development through to operations. A chemical engineer by training, he has worked on both sides of the fence, supporting operators and EPC contractors across the UK, Australia, and the United States.
A Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Austin has held senior technical and leadership roles with organizations including Chevron, Woodside Energy, Cheniere Energy, and KBR. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, giving him a deep understanding of how early decisions, governance, and execution realities intersect.
Austin is a graduate of the University of Bradford in the UK and acts as a senior advisor for Stage Gate implementation and consulting, helping organizations strengthen governance, improve decision quality, and deliver projects with confidence - even in high-risk, high-uncertainty environments.
